Six Thunder players scored in double figures as Oklahoma City used runs in the first and fourth quarters to overcome the Detroit Pistons 104-98 in a key early-season inter-conference match-up. Gus Williams led the Thunder with 19 points while Jack Sikma was brilliant with 13 points and 18 rebounds, as OkC improves to 6-1 with the win. Detroit was led by Bob Lanier, who was even more brilliant with 27 points and 23 rebounds.
