Oklahoma City built a 21-point first quarter lead and never looked back as the Thunder trounced the Timberwolves 87-76. Gary Payton returned from injury to spark the Thunder defense and led them with 15 points. The Big Three for Minnesota: Kevin Garnett, Christian Laettner, and Wally Szczerbiak, combined for 57 of the Timberwolves' 76 points.

    Team Rebounds: OkC 43-37
