THe Detroit Pistons improved to 5-1 with a 114-105 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Bill Laimbeer led seven Pistons in double figures with 21 points as Detroit withstood a ferocious third quarter Cleveland scoring burst. Mark Price scored 29 points for Cleveland as the Pistons held LeBron James to just eight points.
