Joe Dumars scored 23 points before leaving the game in the fourth period with a sprained ankle, as the Pistons improved to 4-1 with a 105-93 come from behind victory over the Bulls in the windy city. Bob Lanier contributed a stellar game of his own with 22points, 22 rebounds, and 5 assists, rallying the Pistons in the final period. The Bulls fell to 1-5 despite a balanced attack that saw 6 Bulls in double figured, led by Horace Grant, who had a 16-point, 16-rebound game of his own.
