The Clippers overcame a 27-point first quarter deficit to defeat the Denver Nuggets 127-121 in Denver. Nene Hilario and Carmelo Anthony led the Nuggets to a huge first quarter lead. But the Clippers chipped away at it and took the lead early in the third quarter. Elton Brand led Los Angeles with 28 points and 13 rebounds as seven Clippers scored in double figures. Alex English led Denver with 23.
