The Lakers led by 34 points at halftime and 48 points after three quarters as Los Angeles coasted to a 139-87 victory over Miami. The Lakers got brilliant games from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Kobe Bryant as they win their ninth straight and pull to a full game lead over the Houston Rockets in the Western Conference standings. The Heat were embarassed on their home court despite a 19-point game by Dwayne Wade.
