The New York Knicks took advantage of a 27-4 2nd quarter run to coast to their third straight win, a 104-79 triumph over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Walt Frazier led the Knicks with 19 points and six assists and Patrick Ewing contributed a double-double for the Knicks, whose stifling defense held the Cavaliers to 12 points in both the second and fourth quarters.
